MOLDES DE FUNDIÇÃO INJECTADA
Die casting consists of injecting a liquid metal (raw material) into a specific type of steel mould at high pressures.
This extremely relevant technological process produces pieces with high geometric precision, a good surface finish, high cadence and low production cost. This process is therefore particularly important for certain industries, such as the automobile, aeronautics, naval and electrical industries.
The injection casting process is complex, requiring training and attention to detail from those starting out in the area.
The raw materials used in Die Casting are alloys of non-ferrous metals, including aluminium - the most highly sought after thanks to its characteristics and price - as well as magnesium, zinc, copper and lead.
Molde Matos S. A. is able to produce moulds ranging from 30kg all the way up to 32,000 kg.
